Terms of Service

Payment Terms:

Payment for services rendered by Blue Ocean is due within 24 hours of the contract being signed and the deal being finalized. We accept payment via bank transfer or online payment platforms. Late payments may incur additional charges.

Onboarding Process:

Our onboarding process is comprehensive and takes approximately 16 days. During this time, we carefully analyze your business needs, conduct market research, and develop a specialized strategy tailored to your goals. This process ensures that we deliver the best possible results for your business.

Contract Duration:

The minimum contract duration with Blue Ocean is 3 months. This duration allows us to implement our strategies effectively and deliver measurable results for your business. After the initial 3-month period, contracts can be renewed on a monthly or quarterly basis.

Refund Policy:

We offer a refund policy for clients who are dissatisfied with our services. If you are not satisfied with the results of our work after the duration of the contract , you may request a refund within 15 days of the contract ended. Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the request being made.

Confidentiality:

Blue Ocean values the confidentiality of our clients' information. We adhere to strict confidentiality agreements and do not disclose any sensitive information to third parties without prior consent.

Intellectual Property:

Any intellectual property created during the course of our work, including but not limited to content, graphics, and strategies, belongs to the client upon payment. Blue Ocean retains no rights to this intellectual property.

Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute between Blue Ocean and a client, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through negotiation and mediation.
